STUFFED PEPPERS by Foscarini


In my kitchen, I have to admit, there are no some big surprises!

Usually I cook to what I still learned from Grandma!

For this weekend I decided to make our / when I say our, then I think Split,Dalmatia,Croatia / stuffed peppers.



Ingredients:



     * 1 kg red meat / minced /
     * 12-13 bell pepper
     * 1 cup rice
     * 2-4 tablespoon pest / bacon, garlic and parsley /
     * 0.5 kg onions
     * 1 cup tomato pasat
     * Salt
     * A little oil
     * 2 tablespoons flour / the browned flour /
     * 1 pair of Dalmatian local sausage
     * 200 grams of cut ham
     * 1 tablespoon dried vegetable



Preparation


On the bottom of the pot fry the onion in a little fat!

Make it cold!!
In the meantime mix  red meat with red onions, rice, pesto, salt and a little of Vegeta!

Cleaned and washed peppers filling smile.

  Add fill paprika  in the pot.

pour water.

Add the sausage and ham.

Put the cooked after 15 minutes add the  Tomato Pasta, a little salt and  dried Vegetable!

Let cook for about 2 hours. Cook on lightly!

Now make browned flour and add to cook for about 15 min.
Serve it with mash potato,pasta or gnocchi!

Dalmatinske punjene paprike!!


U mojoj kuhinji,moram to priznat,nema nekih velikih iznenadjenja!
Najcesce se drzim onog sto sam jos od bake naucila!
Za ovaj vikend sam se odlucila napravit nase/kad kazem nase,onda mislim splitske/punjene paprike.



Sastojci:

  • 1 kg junjeceg mesa/mljevenog/
  • 12-13  babura paprika
  • 1 salica rize
  • 2-4 zlice pesta/smijesa od slanine ,bijelog luka i persina/
  • 0,5 kg crvenog luka
  • 1 salica pasat od rajcice
  • soli
  • malo ulja
  • 2 zlice brasna/za zaprsku/
  • 1 par dalmatinskih domacih kobasica
  • 200 grama narezanog prsuta
  • 1 zlica vegete


Priprema

Najprije na dno lonca poprzite crveni luk na malo masnoce!
OHALADITE!!!
U medjuvremenu zamijesajte mljeveno meso s narezanim crvenim lukom,rizom,pestom,soli i malo vegete!
Ociscene i oprane paprike punite smijesom.
Poslazite ih u lonac.
zalijte vodom .
Dodajte kobasice i prsut.
Stavite da kuha,nakon 15 min dodajte pasat,malo soli i vegetu!
Neka kuha oko 2 sata .Kuhajte na lagano!
Sad napraviti zaprsku i dodati je da kuha jos oko 15 min.


Servirajte uz pire,kuhani kumpir ili njoke!

Tortilje i povrce u vrhnju


Lijep i lagan rucak!Uzivanje za oci i nepce...mali odmak od moje kuhinje ali ipak s dalmatinskim stihom
Tortilje domace ili kupovne ako nemate vremena ih raditi!
Umak od raznog sezonskog povrca,nasjevcenog na kockice,lagano poprzenog,zacinjenog maslinovim uljem i bosiljkom,lovorom i ruzmarinom i na kraju umijesano kiselo vrhnje i parmezan!
Uzivajte!

Slana lisnata pita-slozenac


 Danas sam od jutra znala stu cu sutra kuhati al nisam imala pojma sto bi h mogla danas pripremiti mojim milim ukucanima.
uvijek mi je najveci problem kako svi zadovoljiti!
Takosam danas vise pekla kolace nego sto sam kuhala pravu domacu spizu!
Juhica je bila povrtna a glavno jelo ,gle cuda slana pita od lisnatog tijesta!
ovo je super recept ako imate nenadane goste ili ste dosli kuci s posla i neznate sto skuhati!

SLANA PITA OD LISNATOG TIJESTA


Potrebo je:

  • 250 grama lisnatog tijesta
  • 300 grama kiselog vrhnja
  • 1 sirni namaz od 150 grama
  • 100 grama gljiva
  • 3-4 oveca kisela krastavca
  • 2 jaja
  • prask za pecivo
  • malo bosiljka
  • prstohvat soli
  • malo sitno narezane pancete/po zelji moze i tunjevina iz konzerve!/
Priprema:
  • Koru razvucite i stavite u tepsiju.
  • sastojke izmijesajte
  • prelijte preko lisnatog tijesta
  • stavite peci u zagrijanu pecnicu na oko 200 stupnjeva 25 minuta

Bruskete with cream




* For one person 2 bread slice/ I used the mixed corn bread /
     * 8 slice bread
     * 2 whole eggs
     * 150 grams of young cheese
     * 2 sour cream
     * 100 grams spicy sausage
     * 4 higher pickled gherkins
     * Spices to taste, I just added marjoram

PREPARATION:

All  chop, salt, spices and mix it.

Add this mixture on top of each slice of bread!

Bake it in  oven at about 225 degrees
And that's all ,you can serve it.
serve it with warm tea or glass of red wine or beer/as you prefer/

Bruskete s vrhnjem-bogate okusom i mirisom



Split je propuhala bura,ispuhala ga ,zamela,zamrzla,jos pred neki dan je bilo vrijeme od kupanja a sad prava dalmatinka bura!
Led ulazi u kosti,jer kad bura preuzme vlast nitko i nigdje se nemoze sakriti!
Jucer je led dosegao vrhunac,svi smo se u kuci gotovo zaledili te smo danas odlucili ukljuciti centralno grijanje bez obzira na kalendar...rano je,jos nismo ni dobro zakoracili u jesen a bura se ustolicila!
Cijelo jutro sam se smrzavala pa nisam imala volje ni posteno kuhati,a pred neki sat kad je moj muzic potpalio kotao i toplina se razvukla po cijeloj kuci i sve ugrijala ja sam u ime te raskosi odlucila napraviti,mojim ukucanima  omiljene bruskete!
Tako jednostavno jelo,brzo se spravlja i nije ni skupo a tako bogatog okusa i neodoljivih mirisa!

Dakle evo mof recepta za bruskete!


  • Potrebno je/za 4 osobe/


  • Racunajte za  osobu po dvije snite,fete kruha/ja sam upotrebila mijesani kukuruzni kruh/
  • 8 snita kruha
  • 2 cijela jaja
  • 150 grama mladog sira
  • 2 kisela vrhnja
  • 100 grama cajne ili srijemske ili slicne kobasice
  • 4 veca kisela krastavca 
  • zacine po ukusu,ja sam dodala samo mazuran
PRIPREMA:
Sve satojke usitnite,posolite,zacinite i promijesajte.
Smijesu podijelite po poslozenim snitama/fetama/ kruha
Zapecite u ugrijanoj pecnici na oko 225 stupnjeva

KUGLOF-NICE AND JUICY

Kuglof-nice and juicy
So common recipe in almost all parts of the globe,
Indeed a multitude of different recipes, but here I want to share with you a simple and from my hand many times tried the recipe for KUGLOF!


INGREDIENTS:

40 g of smooth flour
1 fresh yeast and a dry yeast
10 dag butter or margarine 12 dag
4 tablespoons sugar / brown /
3 yellow part of eggs
grated rind 1 lemon and a orange

-sea salt
1 dcl lozovaca brandy or similar
1 vanilla sugar
cup raisins
cup chopped almonds
2 dl milk
Staub sugar for sprinkling
Topping 200 grams of chocolate for cooking
1 / 2 dl oil


PREPARATION:

Dry yeast put in flour
fresh mix with a little lukewarm water, salt and a spoon when you add it to de rise in flour
Then add all the listed,
  ingredients.
  Almonds and chopped plum
Mix well to get uniform smiling.
Mold for kuglof spreads oil and pour the resulting lawful!
Leave to rise in a warm.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place oven kuglof boot!
After 10 min. reduce to 180 degrees and bake further 45 min.
Kuglof baked remove from the mold, turning the ground and pour hot glaze and you can sprinkle sugar Staub.

Calzone vegetables

Calzone vegetables ... so fantastic
  Saturday evening, cool, slightly melancholy and little sad.
Home is not heated, so we all shrink in their corners ... children under the quilt, but i can see they eyes and look dash ... and I, a grandmother, a grandmother who I was remembered .. I make them calcone / that is not always pizza /

 

here's a simple recipe for calzone

Dough as the pizza!

filling:


    1. 1 dl olive oil
     2. 1 small zucchini
    3. 1 egg-plant
    4.35 dag mozzarella
    5. 0.50 grams of Parmesan
    6 .2 dl tomato juice

    7.1 tablespoon sour cream
    8.olives sliced by desire
    9. salt   
   10 .pepper
  

Preparation

     * All the vegetables cut into small cubes, mozzarella , salt, sour cream and stir tomatoes, if you have time on a little oil, fry vegetables and then add it is not mandatory.

     * Roll out dough, cut into 4-6 pieces, small ball let them rise and roll!

    
That made you put on the greasy paper , rise again,
brush lightly with oil and place in oven preheated oven on the highest temp, about ten-15 min,
     * Serve hot
