Japanese Zucchini-Healthy, delicious and easy to prepare





These are the zucchini with the thorns!
Japanese zucchini very well succeed in my garden.


Very healthy, rich in vitamins and minerals.
Can be picked all winter to save serve various meals.
Do not have a pronounced taste
during cooking, taking flavor other foods.
Fantastic were cooked in a slow-cooker.
Prepared on the grill are delicacies.
Give freedom to the imagination!
Prepare them as a main dish or food supplement!
My suggestion:

  • Zucchini clean, remove the crust 
  • cut into smaller slices
  • Slice 2 patatos
  • add 2 onion
  • Wash and cut 1 green pepper
  • slow cooker pour in 3 tbs olive oil
  • add integrates in slow cooker
  • add salt
  • 1 little cup of water
  • cover cooker 
  • cooking time is about half hour
  • on the end put some parsley and garlic/cut/


This you can serve warm or cold!
Serve it with meat or fisf!

Calzone vegetables

Calzone vegetables ... so fantastic
  Saturday evening, cool, slightly melancholy and little sad.
Home is not heated, so we all shrink in their corners ... children under the quilt, but i can see they eyes and look dash ... and I, a grandmother, a grandmother who I was remembered .. I make them calcone / that is not always pizza /

 

here's a simple recipe for calzone

Dough as the pizza!

filling:


    1. 1 dl olive oil
     2. 1 small zucchini
    3. 1 egg-plant
    4.35 dag mozzarella
    5. 0.50 grams of Parmesan
    6 .2 dl tomato juice

    7.1 tablespoon sour cream
    8.olives sliced by desire
    9. salt   
   10 .pepper
  

Preparation

     * All the vegetables cut into small cubes, mozzarella , salt, sour cream and stir tomatoes, if you have time on a little oil, fry vegetables and then add it is not mandatory.

     * Roll out dough, cut into 4-6 pieces, small ball let them rise and roll!

    
That made you put on the greasy paper , rise again,
brush lightly with oil and place in oven preheated oven on the highest temp, about ten-15 min,
     * Serve hot

Ljesnjak kocke

Moram reci da bas obozavam ovaj tako jednostavan i ukusan slatkis!Kocke od ljesnjaka,njamic...ljesnjak i tamna cokolada,brzo,socno i fino....njammmmm

Sastojci:
  1. 25 dkg mljevenog keksa
  2. 30 dkg mljevenog ljesnjaka
  3. 2 dcl mlijeka
  4. 20 dkg secera ili 6 velikih jusnih zlica
  5. 200 grama tamne cokolade ili one za kuhanje
  6. 20 dkg maslaca ili 25 dkg margarina
PRIPREMA:
  • u 2 dcl mlijeka ukuhati secer i maslac
  • dodati kekse i ljesnjak/ne kuhati samo umijesati u toplu smijesu/
  • smijesu razvaljati na zeljenu debljinu
  • staviti glazuru od cokolade
Probajte,sigurna sam da ce te svi zavoljeti ovaj brzinski kolac!
Mlade domacice ovo je idealno za vas pocetak!

Morski pas ny Splitskoj peskariji


Istini za volju uopce nisam imala namijeru pisati o ovom ne tako cestom dogadjaju i vjerojatno i nebih pisala da nisam dobila tako puno upita o tome kako prirediti morskog psa u finu papacu.
O pripremi jela od morskog psa sam vec pisala,dakle post je tu u arhivi!
Najvazniji dio kod pripreme morskog psa,bilo da ga kuhamo,pecemo ili pak pohamo je izvuci gorcinu i kiselost iz mesa morskog psa.
Dakle stavljanje u mlijeko je gotovo pa pod obavezno!!!
Ja osobno nisam neki posebni ljubitelj mesa morskog psa al jako puno ljudi koji inace uopce ne vole ribu vole pohane filete morskog psa.
Pitaju me kako pohovat...pa moja baka je samo priznavala stavljanje u pastel/znaci pripremljen pokrov od mjesavine jaja,mlijeka,brasna i soli/, a nikako nije prihvacala mogucnost pohovanja sa prezlom.
Sad u modernoj kuhinji se i riba pohuje s prezlom,dakle becki !!!
Ako ste pogledali stari post i ako imate jos neko pitanje,konkretno,a vi samo pitajte ja cu ako znam,rado odgovoriti!

HAM AND CHEESE PATE

 INTEGRATES:
  1. 350 grams cheese /as you use for pizza/
  2. 100 gram Ham
  3. 4 big eggs/coo it for 5 min/
  4. 1 red paparika
  5. 1 cucumbre
  6. i tea spoon of mustard
  7. salt 
  8. sweet red paprika powder-i tea spoon
  9. 1 soup spoon of olive oil
  10. mayonnese/as much as you like it/
SERVE IT ON TOAST!!

Recept sa Cipra-TABOULI RECIPE

Tabouli Recipe
The Tabouli recipe is a healthful and delicious Mediterranean food recipe prepared with cracked wheat, mint, garlic, tomatoes, green onions, olive oil and lemon. An excellent picnic food idea, it tastes great chilled or at room temperature.

Spell it Tabouli, Tabouleh, or Tabule, there's no confusion about one thing-- it's a really nice departure from ordinary salad recipes, a vegetarian meal in itself.

Tabouli

2 cups cracked wheat (bulghur)
2 cups very hot water
1 cucumber, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, (8) sliced
1/2 cup fresh chopped mint
2 cups fresh chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Dressing:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste



•Soak the cracked wheat in the hot water until the water is absorbed, about 30 minutes.

•Drain any excess water, if necessary, and squeeze dry.

•Combine the salad ingredients, including wheat, in a medium bowl.

•Mix the dressing ingredients together and stir into the salad mixture.

•Serve chilled or at room temperature.

•Makes about 8 cups, 12 to 16 servings.
