Evo cetvrtak je,pa
s obzirom na nadolazeci petak,dan kad po tradiciji konzumiramo ribu,ja cu pisati o ribi i to ne bilo kakvoj ribi vec o srdeli....srdela je kao sto vec svi znama plava riba,ima je puno u nasem jadranu a i cijenom je prilagodjena danasnjici.Srdela je bila i ostala hraniteljica puka.
Kisa je,pa nije bas vrijeme da jednostavno "bacin" srdelu na gradele..malo cu se potrudit i napravit lijepi rucak.
Kad kupujemo srdelu za pohati ,najprije mora biti sasvim svjeza,drugo bolje da je ona malo veca,mesnatija,masnija.
Za pohat je trebamo izvaditi sredisnju kost,to je lako,najprije ocistite ljuske a zarim potegnite skrge i izaci ce utroba a porom skupa sa glavom izvadite kost i dobit cete lijepe odreske.
Sve je prikazano na slikama.odreske posolite,umijesajte u pastel/to je smijesa jaja i brasna/ i pohajte u dubokom ,zagrijanom ulju.
Servirajte uz kumpir salatu,blitvu ili po zelji!

Ingredients:
Biscuit crumbs for one 20cm/8 inch round spring-form cake tin
Grease the sides and base of the lined (bottom) cake tin
150g Marie biscuit (grind, not too fine)
135g Melted butter
Combine the marie biscuit and melted butter in a large bowl and stir to mix evenly, add melted butter to the biscuits and mix till combined, add more butter to it if biscuit crumbs are too dry.
Press biscuit crumbs evenly at the bottom and about 2 1/2 inches up the sides of the cake tin and put in refrigerator for later use.
Wrap cake tin with aluminium foil to prevent water from sipping in during the process of baking.

MARCIPAN kolac
E pa ovaj sam recept pitala godinama svih koje sam poznavala,al nitko da shvati koji to ja bosanski kolac zelim radit i sad slucajno nadjoh ga na blogu VRTALJICA/dole je link/
Sutra cu ga odmah napravit pa da vidim sta ce moji decki rec!
"Marcipan
Pojma nemam zašto se ovaj kolač zove ovako. Nema nikakve veze s marcipan smjesom, ne pravi se čak ni od bajama. To je jedan stari kolač koji je moja sestra dobila od svoje prijateljice Zeničanke, pa mogu reći da se Konjicem proširio a da mu je podrijeklo Zenica:)))
Jednostavan, ukusan, dosta sladak i masan kolač. Tko to ne voli može slobodno preskočiti ili smanjiti šećer. Ja ga pravim samo kada zahladi i spada u grupu tzv. zimskih kolača. Kada mi dođe i ja smanjim šećer i ulje a nekada ne!
Original recept:
* 3 jaja
* 6 fildžana (malih šalica za crnu kavu) šećera
* 3 fildžana ulja
* 5 fildžana brašna
* 4 fildžana mlijeka
* 2 fildžana mljevenih oraha
* 1/2 praška za pecivo
Umutiti jaja sa šećerom, dodati ulje, mlijeko te pomiješane brašno, orahe i p.z.p. Sve raditi mikserom!
Izliti u podmazan i pobrašnjen pleh te peći oko 25 minuta na 200°C.
Pečen kolač prohalditi i preliti glazurom koju napraviti od:
* 16 žlica šećera i
* 6 žlica vode prokuhati pa dodati:
* 1/2 maslaca
* 5 fildžana mljevenih oraha i
* 10 dag čokolade za kuhanje
Još malo kuhati dok se sve ne sjedini (oko 1 mnute).
Eh, ovoga puta sam smanjila šećer pa sam u samo tijesto stavila 4 male šalice od crne kave (nemam fildžana) a u glazuru sam stavila 10 žlica šećera.
I još nešto: Kolač se može praviti u plehu od elektr. špahera (33 cm x 30 cm) ali sam ja ovaj put stavla u 23 cm x 38 cm.
