Croatian Traditional Pastry



On photos you can see chocolate rolls and Pastry with Fry Ham!Today we will learn how to bake pastry with ham!
Pastry with Fry Ham
You need:
  1. 1/2 kg of farina tip 400/brown-dark farina/
  2. 10 gram of instant
  3. 1 tea spoon of salt
  4. 1 tea spoon of sugar
  5. 300 gram of cut and fry ham
  6. 1 glass of warm water or milk
Prepare:
  • In farina add barm
  • mix it and add salt
  • add water or milk with sugar
  • mix it well with hands
  • add cut/in small parts/ fry ham/
  • mix it more 2 min.
  • put all on warm place for about half hour
  • bake it again and make small bolls
  • furl it in pan
  • wait for half hour and bake it on 200 Celsius for 20 min.
  • serve it warm or cold
