"rođen 25. rujna 1960. u Ogorju, općina Solin
1978. završio Tehničku školu u Splitu
1981. kao strojarski tehničar zaposlio se u splitskom građevinskom poduzeću Melioracija
1983. godinu dana proveo u Iraku na izradi specijalnih objekata
1989. osnovao tvrtku Kerum
1990. otvorio prvu trgovinu u obiteljskoj kući u Splitu
1992. osnovao tvrtku za distribuciju ribe Ribamix
1996. otvorio prvi veliki trgovački centar Kerum u Lori
2000. osnovao tvrtku za turizam i ugostiteljstvo Neva-Kerum
2003. kupio tvornicu Diokom
2007.Otvorio najveći centar u hrvatskoj Joker."

Traditional Mediterranean food-Musaka with eggplants


MUSAKA

Integrates:

  1. 800 gram grounded beef
  2. 800 gram potatoes
  3. 600 gram eggplants
  4. 1 red onion
  5. 1 tea cup of tomato juice
  6. 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  7. cat garlic and parsley
  8. 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon
  9. paper
  10. 1/2 tea cup of olive oil
  11. 1/2 tea spoon of sugar

Cover:

  • 4 table spoon of regular farina
  • 50 gram of butter
  • 50 gram of grounded cheese
  • 1/2 litter of milk
  • 1/2 tea spoon of dried dill
  • paper
  • 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt

Preparation: /First prepare meat and eggplants/

  • Cat eggplants on long parts ,add salt and put it on the side for 2 hours,after two hours fry it on both sides
  • clean and cut potatoes and cook it in salt water
  • prepare grounded beef/first add cut onion on olive oil, when onion became gold add grounded meat and mix it!Now add sea salt,paper, cinnamon !Cook it for 30 min. and than add tomato juice and sugar!Cook it until all water gone!

Preparation of cover:

  • resolve butter and add 4 table spoon of farina
  • mix it 2-3 min
  • add warm milk and sea salt
  • add grounded cheese
  • add dried dill and paper
  • mix it well

How we Compose integrates for Musaka:

  • In pan first put just a little olive oil
  • add first row of eggplants
  • second row is meat sauce
  • next is potatoes
  • for the end use eggplants
  • add cover
  • bake all in warm oven for 40 min.
  • serve it warm or cold with green salad

FRITTERS with EGGPLANTS
traditional Greek and Croatian Food

Integrates:

  1. 500 gram of dark farina tip 400
  2. 1 pack of instant yeast
  3. 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  4. 1 table spoon of olive oil
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 eggplants/for better results you have to cut eggplants on small parts and add sea salt,mix it and leave it for 2 hours/
  7. 1 tea cup of yogurt
  8. warm water
  9. 1 tea spoon of paper and sweet red grounded paprika

Prepare:

  • put farina in big pot
  • add yeast ,salt,paper and sweet red paprika
  • mix it with spoon
  • add eggs,olive oil
  • add colander-ed ,cut and salted eggplants/eggplants have to be cat in small parts/
  • add yogurt and add warm water /little by little/ and mix it well with spoon
  • wait about 1 hour and start with fry in deep warm oil/just as you fry donuts/
  • serve it warm with white cheese or sour cream with cut fresh green onion

Sad necemo se bas hvalit koja nam je ovo bila godisnjica,pgodite sami,al svi izgledamo kao da nam je 10-ta godisnjica!!
Lijepo je sto smo jos puni energije,volje i ljepote a o pameti da ne govorim...
Vecer je pocela malim okupljanjem pred hotelom Park..dobra vijest...svi su me prepoznali!!!!Huraaaaaaaaaa
Slijedila je ugodna vecerica u konobi "vidjak"...za poludit,sidili smo unutra pa je to znacilo druzenje uz cigaret vani...al i to ima dobre strane,pusaci se lijepo napricaju...
iskreno govoreci sve zenskice iz naseg razreda izgledaju za pet al su nam decki nesto ostarili...hehehehhehehe
Svi se pozenili pa ih bracni zivot dotuka!!!!!

Lasagna Broccoli

This is traditional dish ,very healthy and without fat and meat!

Lasagna Broccoli

Integrates:

  1. 1000 gram of fresh broccoli
  2. 1 pack of lasagna without eggs/or you can make it at home/
  3. 3 tea cup of low fat of sour cream
  4. 1 tea cup of Feta cheese
  5. sea salt
  6. 2 table spoon of flour tip 550 or 500
  7. 1/2 cup of olive oil
  8. 1 egg
  9. cut garlic and parsley

Preparation:

  • First clean and cut broccoli
  • spill broccoli with warm salt water and wait 5 minutes
  • now star with folding of lasagna
  • in pan add olive oil and first row of lasagna
  • add broccoli and sour cream sauce/you prepare this sauce with sour cream ,egg,feta cheese, little olive oil and flour-mix it well/
  • now again lasagna and broccoli with sour cream sauce
  • on the end you have to put lasagna cover with sour cream sauce
  • bake it in warm oven for 40 minutes
  • Serve with white wine!

Rozata-Croatian type of Caramel pudding



All my American friends who live and work here in Croatia love this traditional caramel pudding!!This pudding is prepare with eggs and without flour!Here is the recipe:

Description
As the title states, this one gives you that caramel flavour. Not much ingredients needed for this one. The stirring part is a bit time consuming, but its worth all the effort.
Ingredients
Milk – 600ml.
Eggs-6
Sugar – 6 tsp for caramel, 1 Cup for pudding.
Butter – 1 tsp.
vanilla essence – 1tsp.
Preparation
Steps:

*Take a pan, Add butter and sugar & stir till the sugar is caramelized.

* Add 600ml milk into it and keep stirring till the caramel dissolves.

* Now take a cup and add the remaining milk into it, add the eggs and stir until dissolved. Add this to the caramel mixture !

* Put this prepared mixture into a pot and put that pot in the bigger one with water!You have to cook this pudding on vapour for 2-3 hour until milk and eggs became like a pudding!/if you have special pot for cooking on vapor,use it!/After cooking on the vapor you can put all for 10 min. in warm oven!!The pudding will be richer!Now you only have to wait to became cold or you can put it in fridge!

* Add a little bit of caramel syrup into it and keep it in the fridge to set, say for about 5-6 hours.

* Finally, Its time to Eat!

How to prepare caramel syrup:
Melt sugar in a pan, once you achieve that golden brown color, add a little bit of water and stir well. Caramel Syrup is ready for use.

Mali Cokoladni muffins/mafinsi/

Potrebno je/za oko 35 kom/

  1. 5 cijelih jaja
  2. 2 vanilij secera
  3. 4 velike zlice kakaa u prahu
  4. 10 zlica secera
  5. korica 1 narance
  6. sok jedne narance
  7. 10 velikih zlica brasna
  8. 1 prasak za pecivo
  9. 20 dkg maslaca omeksalog

Kod pripreme paziti da smijesa ne bude pregusta..treba znati da ovisno o velicini jaja treba dodati malo mlijeka da smijesa bude zitka!!!

Priprema

  • Zamijesati jaja s secerom,vanilij secerom,malo soli,koricom od narance i sokom
  • dodati kakao i brasno izmijesano s praskom za pecivo
  • zatim dodati omeksali maslac
  • sve rucno mijesati /ja osobno nikad ne upotrebljavam mikser vec metlicu /
  • dobivenu zitku smijesu stavljati u gotove kosarice,ovaj put male za muffinse
  • u svaku kosaricu 1 zlicica smijese
  • ugrijati pecnicu na 160 stupnjeva i peci muffinse oko 30 min

Kokos kocke od mljevenih keksa

Sve slastice od mljevenih keksa su omiljene u mom domu.
vec sam pisala ovaj recept al je negdje netragom nestao s popisa!!!!
Zato ga ponovno pisem!!!

KOKOS KOCKE S MLJEVENIM KEKSIMA

POTREBNO JE

  1. 300 gr mljevenih keksiju
  2. 200 gr kokosa
  3. 200 gr cokolade za kuhanje
  4. 12 zlica velikih jusnih vode
  5. 3 zlice velike ulja
  6. 2 vrecice vanilij secera
  7. zlica mermelade za premaz/moze marelica ili sipak/
  8. naribana kora limuna
  9. sok od jednog limuna
  10. 2-3 zlice mlijeka za glazuru

PRIPREMA:

  • Secer s vodom,limunovim sokom,naribanom koricom i vanilija secerom staviti da prokuha oko 5 min.
  • prokuhani sirup maknuti s vatre
  • dodati mljevene kekse,kokos i ulje
  • sve dobro zamijesiti
  • jos toplo izravnati u skravadi/srednje velicine/
  • premazati tankim slojem mermelade
  • preliti glazurom od cokolade
  • ostaviti preko noci u hladnjaku
GLAZURA OD COKOLADE:

  • USITNITI COKOLADU,DODATI 1-2 ZLICE ULJA,1-2 ZLICE MLIJEKA I RASTOPITI

Jaffa Torta-Torta od narance i cokolade

Moj unuk Zvonimir jedino voli jaffa tortu,ja je radim u dvije verzije,prva verzija je s cokoladnim biskvitom a druga je ova s obicnim biskvitom.
Dakle svake godine je ova torta bar nekoliko puta na nasem stolu!
Najmladjeg clana obitelji se mora uvazavati!


JAFFA TORTA
torta od cokolade i narance

Potrebno:
za biskvit
  1. 6 cijelih jaja
  2. 6 velikih zlica secera
  3. 12 zlica brasna
  4. malo soli
  5. sok i kora/naribana/od 2 narance/
  6. vanilij secer
  7. prasak za pecivo
za kremu:
  1. 2oo grama naribane crne cokolade
  2. 250 grama omeksalog maslaca
  3. 2 vrecice slag pjene
  4. 100 grama secera u prahu
  5. mlijeka po potrebi
za ukrasavanje:
pola litre biljnog slaga ili 2 vrecice slaga
4-5 naranci za sok kojim natopimo biskvitne kore
