WHITE BALL CAKE/torta bijela lopta/






The last time I have become addicted to playing the farm! Games and FarmVille and Farmtown ... and this is some kind of addiction. I KNOW! Although Dalmatia loves to praise the beautiful Mediterranean climate, the 2010 years we brought clouds and rain.Rain fall for days, the sun appears small / hour, two / and then again from the west come the clouds full of rain! I decided on this cake and bring little light in the house! Now in the morning will be glad grandchildren fresh ball as it waits ready to refrigerate! 


 
  
 
TORTA WHITE BALL
Ingredients
the biscuit
5 whole eggs 5 tablespoons sugar  1 lemon juice salt vanilla sugar 5 tablespoons of flour or density 1 baking powder 2 tablespoons cocoa powder  1 tablespoon of pomegranate jam 1 cup fruit juice

Cream:
1 liter milk 6 eggs 8 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons flour150 grams butter Vanilla wand vanilla sugar
Decorate:
1 / 2 liter cream
PREPARATION
Cake made as usual, bake and still warm spread mermelade the bar
Make rolls.
When cool roll cut the rings.
Roll rings add around pot on greasy paper / paper towel to wrap round vessel /
Cook the cream of the above ingredients. Beat eggs with sugar and on the end add flour.Milk and vanilla must be warm to add mixed eggs!

Mix it a little on fire while become cream.
Vannila cream must be cold to add butter!
Mix vanilla cream and butter ,mix it slowly with wood spoon.
Now add cream in the middle of ball made with roll rings/first wet roll with juice!!!/
All must stay in fridge for few hours.
when is very cold put it on plate and decorate with cream!
now again in fridge for more few hours!

Tuka ,purica sa senfom i vrhnjem

Turkey in a sauce of mustard and cream 

We are used to prepare roast turkey, but we zbati that turkey meat can be prepared in all known ways. My family loves turkey meat prepared in Saft of mustard and sour cream. Here's how to prepare my grandmother.
Ingredients:
about 750 grams of turkey 1 large red onion1 tablespoon mustard 5 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons olive oil salt 1 tablespoon flour 5-6 peppercorns
Preparation:
Turkey meat salt and mustard spread. Leave to rest for 2 hours. Take a bowl of thick steel bottom, pour in olive oil. Meet have to be golden!Now add the onion piece, pour a glass of water and cover pot. Leave to cook on low heat,after half hour add salt,peppercorns,parsley and garlic/cut/.Cook it for more half hour than add sour cream mixed with flour.

if need add some more water.


serve it with rice!/and glass of red wine!!/

Dube cheese cake

Cake cheese, sour cream and two kinds of
chocolate

the other is my 28 birthday was celebrated Ana, humbly, we celebrate it!
Al, we all enjoyed a cake baked by her sister Dube!
Cake is easy to make but it is very beautiful and specific taste.
I recommend everyone warm!



French Cheese Cake
You need:

  1. 150 gram ground “petite beurrecookies
  2. 50 gram butter
  3. 75 gram milk white chocolate
  4. 250 gram sweet cream
  5. 50 gram ground sugar
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 400 gram fresh white cheese
  8. 100 gram dark chocolate
  • In cake form put cookies mixed with butter
  • on cookies put second part of cake/mix dark chocolate,sweet cream,1 egg/
  • now put 3. part/fresh white cheese mixed with sugar,white chocolate,2 eggs
  • bake it on 160 Celsius for one hour

Sarme-stuffed sauerkraut leaves


This dish is traditionally a winter dish Croatian regions.A perfect blend of sauerkraut svijezeg dried meat and minced meat.I have already described in earlier posts the way of preparation.Sarma is a very healthy food, they have lots of vitamin C and charm are full of calories that our body needs in winter to create body heat!
Ingredients:
1 large head sauerkraut1 / 2 pounds cut sauerkraut1 cup barley porridge1 kilo of minced meat / beef and pork /parsleyoniongarlicsalttomato juice1 pair dried sausage1 piece of dried meat / pork ribs or the head /a lot of good will and patience to prepare!
Preparation:
Pickled cabbage / chopped and leaves / first rinsehash  prepared with red onions, sliced parsley, sliced garlicsaltAdd barley porridgestir it well!



add it all in big pot,add cold water to cover all stuffed leaves and cover it all with cut sauerkraut  .
On the top add smoked meat !
Cook it about 1 hour than add salt and tomato juice,cook more.
After 2 hours cooking/be careful dont mix it while they are cooking/remove it from heat and add it in preheated oven on 200 Celsius for about half hour!

Lamb a la Split-Foscarini family recipe


  Lamb as it was my grandmother cooked!

Here is an old yet new recipe for preparing lamb!

And who is in fact not an admirer of lamb prepared in this way will the love.


Ingredients: / 6-8 persons /

    1st  1 leg of lamb about 2 kg.
    2nd  10 dag smoked ham
    3rd  onion
   4th   pepper
    5th   salt
    6th   1 dl oil
    7th    20 dag red port
    8th    1 tablespoon tomato puree
    9th    1 dl red wine
   10th    0.5  PROSEKA
  11th     2 tablespoons vinegar
   12th    celery and parsley
   13th    bay leaf
   14th    rosemary
   15th    2 tablespoons flour
   16th    200 grams of dried plums

PREPARATION:


     * But wash, remove the bone and obtained a large piece of flesh, salt, pepper, rub with garlic
     * Next, spread a piece of meat, arrange ham, make roll, and the resulting roll if possible tie at the end of cooking and baking.
     * The resulting roll by turning on the bake pan in hot oil.
     * In the meantime
     * Put in a pot, kill more onion to easily add water when the onion is almost entirely softer add plums pitted,
     * A little cook to soft plums
     * Now add the gridded carrots
     * Add water until tender, not carrots, with a piston lawful  mixer and add all other ingredients listed / except flour /
     * Put the fried meat, or meat add water and cook in the vessel.
     * When the meat is tender, remove it Take, cut into slices and return to sauce.Now add an flour, try it, add spices if needed and cook just a little bit without interference.

This wonderful dish serve with classic gnocchi or wide noodles with the spinach!

Silvana punjene paprike/al crvene /

 Sad slobodni ste pomislit da ovdje nesto i nije bas uredu!
Ta tko je cuo da se pune crvene rog paprike!
Moram priznati nisam ni ja nikad od nikog svih godina mog zivota cula takvo sto!
Al kao sto kazu za sve postoji prvi put!
Sad kako sam samo dosla na tu ideju!
Za ovaj recept je zasluzna moja zaboravljivost,naime lijepo sam kupila mljeveno meso,punu mrezicu crvenih rog paprika al ni jednu zelenu baburu,
Meso je vec 2 dana u frizideru,treba ga iskoristiti,a polpete i bolonjez li mesna struca mi se ne radi!
Bas sam zapela na punjene paprike,a kisa lije i meni se ne izlazi!

I takosa ugledala mrezicu rog paprika i odlucila napraviti moje punjene paprike!
Na slici se vidi kako lijepo kuhaju!
Cijela prica je ista,dakle recept kao za babure al cu ga ipak napisati.
Mozda neka mlada domacica bas i nezna a i svaka kuca ima svoj recept za punjene paprike!

SASTOJCI:

  1. 1,5 kg mljvenog junjeceg mesa/strakul ili lopatica/
  2. 12 kom lijepih ovecih rog paprika
  3. 2 zlice pesta/mjesavina slanine,luka i persina/
  4. 1 salica jecmene kase/ja ne stavljam rizu/
  5. zlicica soli morske
  6. 2 glavice usitnjene kapule
  7. zlica vegete pikant
  8. 250 nasjeckane pancete
Smijesu dobro izmijesati/rukama/ i puniti paprike!

PRIPREMA:

evo i mene-tako je bilo vruce u kuhinji da sam i aj ko crvena paprika!!!!!
  • punjene paprike slazemo u veliku posudu
  • i to redom paprike pa malo nasjeckane pancete
  • sve zaliti da bude do prekriveno vodom
  • ostaviti da uskuha i nek na lagano kuha pola sata
  • zatim dodati zlicu konserve,popapriti i posoliti po zelji
  • nek na lagano kuha daljnji sat i pol
  • po potrebi dolivati vodu
  • pri kraju dodati zaprsku od 3 zlice brasna /u zazuceno brasno dodati malo nasjeckanog luka i persina!
  • Prokuhati oko 15 min.
  • Ostaviti da odstoji za sutrasnji rucak!
  • Uslast!

Sweet orange bread!Traditional Croatian Recipe






SWEET ORANGE BREAD
Integrates:
  1. 1 and half kg of farina tip 500 or 550
  2. 1 kg of orange/juice and grated peel/
  3. 250 gram of brown sugar
  4. 2 pack of vanilla sugar
  5. 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  6. 30 gram of fresh barm or you can use instant
  7. 1 pack of baking powder
  8. 200 gram of butter
  9. 4 eggs + 1 egg for decoration+few cubes of sugar
Prepare:
  • first put farina in big pot
  • add warm orange juice and peel
  • add cut butter and eggs
  • add barm
  • add sugar,vanilla sugar and baking powder
  • now mix it all,mix well with hands like when you bake ordinary bread
  • put all on warm place
  • when all became twice bigger bake again
  • make 3 smaller parts
  • put it on warm place and wait until became twice bigger
  • decorate it with eggs and sugar
  • bake it in warm oven on 160 Celsius for 45 min
  • serve cold
