- 30 dkg mljevenog ljesnjaka
- 2 dcl mlijeka
- 20 dkg secera ili 6 velikih jusnih zlica
- 200 grama tamne cokolade ili one za kuhanje
- 20 dkg maslaca ili 25 dkg margarina
- u 2 dcl mlijeka ukuhati secer i maslac
- dodati kekse i ljesnjak/ne kuhati samo umijesati u toplu smijesu/
- smijesu razvaljati na zeljenu debljinu
- staviti glazuru od cokolade

i really love this recipe,its easy and fast!!!
My grandkids just can eat it everyday.
INTEGRATES FOR PAN:
Mix all integrates for pan/you can mix it all at once,no need to start with eggs and sugar /
Bake it in oven at 200 celsius for about 30 minutes
Cream Preparation:
Mix cream for about 5 min. high speed.add yogurt and sugar/that all!!!!imagine/
When pan is cold you can start with adding cream and ananas.First make pan wet and soft with ananas juice,than add small parts of ananas on it and on the top add yogurt cream.
The cake is the best for serve after 24 hours in fridge.

- 3 soup spoon milk
- just gram of sea salt
- 400 grams yogurt
- 7 soup spoon sugar
- 1/2 lit cream for cakes
- 800 gram ananas /chopped in small parts/
- 1 big cup ananas juice

Morski pas ny Splitskoj peskariji
Istini za volju uopce nisam imala namijeru pisati o ovom ne tako cestom dogadjaju i vjerojatno i nebih pisala da nisam dobila tako puno upita o tome kako prirediti morskog psa u finu papacu.
O pripremi jela od morskog psa sam vec pisala,dakle post je tu u arhivi!
Najvazniji dio kod pripreme morskog psa,bilo da ga kuhamo,pecemo ili pak pohamo je izvuci gorcinu i kiselost iz mesa morskog psa.
Dakle stavljanje u mlijeko je gotovo pa pod obavezno!!!
Ja osobno nisam neki posebni ljubitelj mesa morskog psa al jako puno ljudi koji inace uopce ne vole ribu vole pohane filete morskog psa.
Pitaju me kako pohovat...pa moja baka je samo priznavala stavljanje u pastel/znaci pripremljen pokrov od mjesavine jaja,mlijeka,brasna i soli/, a nikako nije prihvacala mogucnost pohovanja sa prezlom.
Sad u modernoj kuhinji se i riba pohuje s prezlom,dakle becki !!!

Zahvaljujući istančanom senzibilitetu i takvom modnom promišljanju, stvorio je kolekciju koja je s pravom doživjela ovacije. Doduše, publika na Dove fashion. hr-u svaku od pro age revija dočeka otvorena srca i burnim pljeskom ponajprije podrži dame kojima je to prva (vjerojatno i jedina) avantura na modnoj pisti.
No, ovaj put uz šarmantne dame pljesak je zaslužila i viđena odjeća. Baloner-haljine, suknje i (već otprije cijenjena) Galašova pletenina čine kolekciju i te kako poželjnu u ormaru svake modno osviještene žene. Podjednako se to odnosi na već etablirane Ivicu Klarića i Roberta Severa, kao i na mlade Anu Mariju Ricov i Stjepana Čuku. Čuka je na dečkima zapravo ponudio uniseks modu s vlastitom interpretacijom punk vremena, a Ana Maria Ricov kreirala je haljine po kojima će mnoge žene pamtiti ljeto 2010.
Ivica Klarić i dalje radi usporedno za žene i muškarce i po tome je gotovo iznimka u domaćoj modi. Cure su mu i dalje ubojito seksi, a dečki "konstruirani" savršeno. I ovom je kreacijom otišao korak dalje u svom (već zavidnom) renomeu, baš kao i Robert Sever koji je ponudio svoju dosad najmračniju kolekciju.
Njegova je inspiracija Afrika, boje su crna, smeđa i zlatna, krojevi minuciozno detaljni, a oni na zahtjevnim dugim haljinama i obogaćeni njegovim odličnim crtežima. Svoju je već legendarnu zbirku torbi nadogradio i putnim modelima, a posebno je dojmljiv u cijeloj kolekciji nakit. BEEF MEDALLIONS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE
BEEF MEDALLIONS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE
Ingredients:
2 pounds Filet of beef
3 tablespoons Butter
1/4 pound Mushrooms --thin sliced
1 tablespoon Shallots --minced
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Capers
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Dill chopped fresh
Add the shallots and cook about 15 sec. Stir in the vinegar and capers.
Add the sour cream and stir well. Let the sauce come to a simmer.
Add any juices that have accumulated around the steak on the serving platter. Remove the skillet from the heat and swirl in the remaining butter. Pour the sauce over and around the steak and sprinkle the dill on topVoli Vas Silvana!

Trim all fat from beef. Cut the fillets into 12 crosswise pieces of equal size, about 1/2-in. thick. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet large enough to hold the pieces comfortably without crowding. Add the pieces of filet and cook over moderately high heat about 35-40 sec. The pieces should be nicely browned on one side. Turn the pieces and cook about 30-45 sec. on the other side. Immediately transfer the pieces to a warm serving platter. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir.Add the shallots and cook about 15 sec. Stir in the vinegar and capers.
Add the sour cream and stir well. Let the sauce come to a simmer.

2 large Carrots chopped
2 cup Broth chicken, beef, or vegetable
4 large Potatoes
2 medium rutabagas
1/3 cup Minced fresh parsley
pinch Nutmeg to taste
1/2 cup Jarlsberg cheese
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and rutabagas. Arrange half of the potato/rutabaga combo in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish (I sprayed with Pam first). Top with half the onion/carrot mixture. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients. Over the top, pour the rest of the broth.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 425 degree oven. Top with cheese and sprinkle with nutmeg. Broil until cheese is browned

Raspberry italian cream cake
3 1/2 cups shredded coconut, divided
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup vegetable shortening
2 cups sugar
5 eggs, separated
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
***Frosting***
2 packages (8-ounce size) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
12 ounces confectioners' sugar
1 jar (8-ounce size) seedless raspberry preserves
Directions:
To make cake: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray three 8-inch cake pans with non-stick vegetable spray. Dust with flour.
Spread the coconut out on a cookie pan and bake about 3 minutes, toss and bake another 3 minutes, until coconut is lightly toasted. Set aside.
Cream butter, shortening and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, 1 at a time.
Sift together flour and baking soda. Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to the creamed mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in vanilla, 1/2 cup coconut and the pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cake mixture.
Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake in hot oven 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Invert on cooling racks until cool.
To make frosting: Whip together cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually whip in the confectioners' sugar.
When frosting the cake, spread frosting on top of bottom layer and middle layer. Spread raspberry on the bottom of middle layer and top layer. Stack layers. Frost top and sides. Press the remaining coconut on outside of cake

- 6 big eggs
- 300 gr of brown sugar
- 250 gr farina tip 450 or 500/flour/
- 2 lemons
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 0.10 grams sea salt
- flavor of honey or i soup spoon of honey
- 5 soup spoon of milk
- 200 grams butter
- 1 cooking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 litter of milk
- 250 grams brown sugar
- juice of 2 lemons
- 5 big aggs
- 200 grams flour
- 200 grams butter
- add eggs with sugar and mix it well
- add flour and powder /mix a little/
- add malted dark chocolate and butter
- add lemon juice and salt and honey
- mix a little and add milk
- bake it in warm oven on about 180 Celsius ,30 min.
- Add milk in pot and warm it
- mix eggs with sugar and flour/mix it well/
- add it in warm milk and mix it with spoon
- when this cream is cold add butter and lemon juice
